We are seeking an experienced Lead Artist to guide visual development and production for project-based game work. In this role, you will shape art direction, keep assets aligned with creative goals, and help ensure a high standard of quality across deliverables. You will work closely with other disciplines to coordinate planning, reviews, and feedback, while keeping production moving smoothly. This position suits someone who already has strong experience creating polished, production-ready game art in a team environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of visual quality, identifying risks early, and helping others stay on track. Leadership experience is valuable, especially if you have supported or mentored other artists and contributed to improving workflows. Over time, you will be expected to build strong working relationships, learn internal tools and processes, and become confident in project-level art leadership. Early on, you will participate in planning and reviews, deliver work that matches the intended style, and collaborate across teams. As you settle in, you may take on more responsibility for asset scoping, pipeline improvements, team feedback, and supporting the growth of junior artists.
