Labour Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Labour Relations Specialist to support operational teams in a hands-on, site-based role. This position will focus on labour relations planning, workplace compliance, and helping resolve employee issues in both unionized and non-union settings. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders to address day-to-day labour matters, guide investigations, and contribute to fair and effective conflict resolution. A strong background in labour relations, employee relations, and negotiation is important, along with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally and maintain sound judgment. This role is best suited to someone with at least five years of relevant experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to balance business needs with legal and policy requirements. This is an onsite opportunity with a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, and an immediate start is preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.
