Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter

We are seeking an experienced journeyman sprinkler fitter to take on a working lead role in the field. This position combines hands-on service work with day-to-day coordination of a small team. You will be involved in system installs, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, service work, and modifications on a range of suppression systems, while helping keep projects organized and moving safely. In addition to technical work, you will support and coach other field staff, provide constructive feedback, and help with scheduling, job coordination, and onboarding of new apprentices. You will work closely with internal trades and a service manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidate has a valid journeyman sprinkler fitter certification, several years of related field experience, and a strong understanding of applicable building and safety codes. A valid driver’s licence and a professional, customer-focused approach are also important. Leadership ability, good organization, and clear communication will help you succeed in this role.
