Job Title: Operations Manager Position: Full-time, Days Location: Ottawa Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager for an immediate opening in the Ottawa area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, particularly within the service industry. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily management of contracts, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery. You will conduct regular inspections and performance reviews, manage payroll budgets, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Addressing client concerns promptly and professionally is essential. You will lead and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining high performance standards. Additionally, you will participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies and conduct site inspections biweekly. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, a proven track record in managing contracts and client relationships, and experience with large-scale budgets.
