IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT support professional with experience in automation to help improve business processes and assist end users in a hybrid work environment. This role combines process automation with hands-on technical support, with most of the focus on building and maintaining efficient workflows and the remainder dedicated to day-to-day IT assistance. In this position, you will help design, update, and support automated solutions that streamline internal operations. You will also provide general technology support to staff, including help with common workplace software, cloud-based collaboration tools, and document management systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting issues, learning new systems, and working across both process improvement and user support tasks. We are looking for someone with roughly 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and a solid foundation in automation and IT support. Familiarity with widely used productivity and cloud platforms is important. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also valued. This role offers a salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 and a hybrid work arrangement.
