IT Operations Analyst

Location: Downtown Area Status: Permanent, Full-Time Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join our client-facing IT Operations team. This role will be essential in supporting project delivery, ongoing IT operations, and general IT support. You will be the primary technical support resource for a select number of enterprise clients, establishing strong relationships to ensure success. Key responsibilities include ticket triage and resolution, infrastructure monitoring, and collaboration with a talented team to enhance your knowledge and provide excellent client experiences. Daily tasks will involve supporting desktop, email, instant messaging, and telephony systems, as well as managing user on/offboarding, software deployment, updates, and patching. Additional duties encompass change management, permissions management, and platform management. Qualifications include a minimum of five years in an IT support role, proficiency with ticket management systems and remote support tools, and a solid understanding of networking concepts. Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are essential. Preferred qualifications include relevant field experience, a degree or certification in a related field, technology certifications, and experience with on-prem infrastructure. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, requiring at least three in-office days per week, with occasional travel within North America.
