Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to support a growing finance team in Vancouver. This role reports to senior finance leadership and combines investor servicing, fund-related support, and general accounting or reporting assistance. It is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with investors, can manage sensitive information carefully, and has an interest in capital markets and private investment funds. Key responsibilities include helping coordinate the launch of a new investment fund, supporting compliance and registration-related processes, and handling know-your-client and related onboarding tasks where required. You will also prepare investor communications, account statements, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, this person will serve as a main contact for investors, respond to routine inquiries, and assist with special projects across the finance function. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in investor services, private funds, or a related investment environment. A background in business, accounting, finance, or a similar field is preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization, and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with securities markets and relevant industry coursework or registration is an asset. Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $130,000, plus bonus, pension, and competitive benefits.
