This position is responsible for guiding the daily work of an inventory team that supports the receiving, sorting, movement, and storage of donated goods. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and organized workflow while helping ensure items are handled efficiently and in line with operational priorities.
Working in a hybrid setup, the successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day activities, support team members with clear direction, and help keep inventory processes running smoothly. Strong leadership is important, along with good organizational ability and effective communication. The role also involves monitoring inventory-related tasks, helping solve routine issues, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
