This role is responsible for overseeing inventory control activities and ensuring accurate stock levels across retail and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will help keep products available where they are needed, reduce discrepancies, and support efficient day-to-day workflows.
Key duties include monitoring inventory movement, coordinating cycle counts and reconciliations, investigating stock variances, and working closely with warehouse and store teams to improve accuracy. The position also involves developing and maintaining procedures for receiving, transfers, adjustments, and returns, while helping identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce loss.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in inventory management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Good analytical skills, organized follow-through, and clear communication are important for success in this position. Familiarity with inventory systems and reporting tools is an asset.
