We are seeking an Evening Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital point of contact for individual athletes and teams, ensuring they receive prompt and reliable support. You will provide seamless service coverage, handle escalations professionally, and create a positive experience for our clients and partners. Key responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries about the platform via telephone, email, and live chat. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality support while meeting service response time goals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additional duties involve troubleshooting queries, monitoring hotel compliance with rooming lists, and completing, tracking, and reporting support tickets through a CRM system. You will also provide after-hours emergency support for events and handle urgent check-in issues that require immediate attention. The ideal candidate will be reliable, accountable, and able to work independently during evening hours. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive matters efficiently are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach are required. A background in tech support or customer service, along with CRM experience, is preferred. A degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Sports Management is a plus.
