Intermediate Full-Stack Developer, Admin Team

We’re looking for an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer to join a collaborative team building customer-facing web features and solving real business problems. You’ll work across the stack with C#/.NET, React, and a shared component library on a platform running on AWS, serverless functions, and a messaging-based architecture. The team uses AI to work efficiently, while relying on strong judgment to ensure quality and correctness. This team owns core administrative and security capabilities, including authentication, user management, access control, account configuration, and multi-tenant support. The work involves both frontend and backend development to help customers securely manage their organizations at scale and support platform reliability, compliance, and growth. In this role, you will design, develop, maintain, and deploy well-tested services and features with a focus on solving the underlying customer problem. You’ll help refine requirements before development, investigate and resolve complex user-reported issues, and contribute ideas to improve performance and usability. You’ll also take part in story breakdowns, code reviews, and retrospectives, and communicate early when work affects core architecture, security, or project scope. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience building web applications across frontend and backend, strong C#/.NET Core skills, experience with Web API, MVC, REST, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and a modern SPA framework such as React or Angular. Experience with SQL or NoSQL storage, testing, and Agile workflows is also important. Bonus experience with Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and related tools is welcome.
