We are seeking an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. This role involves the analysis, design, testing, and commissioning of motor-control electronic systems and PCB hardware for various products. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Research & Development, Firmware, Mechanical, and Product teams to deliver reliable and manufacturable control systems from concept through production.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing PCBs and flexible PCBs, performing circuit analysis, conducting product testing, and supporting in-house assembly and quality-control activities. The engineer will prepare technical documentation, evaluate components for performance and reliability, and work with manufacturing partners on design for manufacturability and production readiness.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB CAD tools and hardware product development. A strong understanding of motor control systems and the full product development lifecycle is essential. Excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred qualifications include proficiency in PCB design software, embedded programming experience, and familiarity with documentation standards.
