Intermediate Civil Engineer

We are seeking an intermediate-level civil engineer to support land development projects within a multidisciplinary consulting environment. In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of a range of community-focused projects, working on assignments of moderate scope and complexity. Responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings and reports, supporting permit and approval submissions, coordinating with clients and project stakeholders, and helping manage schedules, budgets, and project deliverables. You will assist with the development of civil design packages such as servicing layouts, grading plans, profiles, cross sections, and related construction documents. The position also involves participating in coordination meetings, reviewing technical inputs from internal team members and external consultants, and supporting project work during construction through document reviews, clarifications, and responses to technical questions. Depending on project needs, you may also help with site inspections and constructability reviews. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in civil engineering design, strong communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience with standard civil design and modeling tools, along with familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and approval processes, is expected.
