Integrated Supply Chain Planner

An organization is seeking an analytical and collaborative Integrated Supply Chain Planner to support demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional business alignment within its manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for balancing customer demand, production capacity, inventory strategies, and material availability to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Inventory teams, playing a key role in supporting integrated planning and S&OP processes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities include developing and maintaining demand, supply, and production plans; balancing customer demand with operational capacity and inventory objectives; collaborating with cross-functional teams; monitoring inventory levels; analyzing planning performance; and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications for this position include post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, demand, production, or inventory planning; and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
