We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the systems, workflows, and technology that support a multi-location insurance brokerage. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both brokerage operations and IT, and who can turn business needs, compliance requirements, and system changes into practical action. In this position, you will manage core brokerage software, document handling tools, user access, reporting, and data quality. You will also help coordinate integrations between internal platforms, insurer portals, and automation tools, while serving as the main point of contact for cross-system issues and operational improvements. A key part of the role will be leading digital change initiatives, supporting technology projects, and working with external vendors to keep platforms running smoothly. You will monitor industry and regulatory updates and update internal procedures as needed. The role also includes oversight of corporate insurance coverage such as liability, bond, and cyber policies, along with renewals, claims, and record keeping. In addition, you will prepare regular operational reports, support acquisition-related onboarding and system integration, and help bring new brokerages into existing workflows. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in brokerage operations, technology management, or a similar combined role, with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
