Information Security Compliance Analyst

This role supports the organization’s information security compliance program by reviewing contractual security requirements, coordinating responses to customer security reviews, and helping manage internal and external audits. You will work with security and IT partners to keep policies, controls, and documentation aligned with recognized security and privacy expectations, while also supporting ongoing improvements to the compliance framework. A key part of the position is preparing for and assisting with recurring certification audits and maintaining evidence needed to demonstrate control effectiveness. The role also includes responsibility for regulated security obligations tied to controlled materials and government security requirements, including serving as a security point of contact and helping oversee registration, screening, training, and incident reporting activities. In addition, you will help develop practical procedures and awareness materials, track compliance issues, and support remediation efforts where gaps are identified. Strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important, along with experience in information security, compliance, risk, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and several years of applicable experience are preferred. This position may be based in a Canadian office and is primarily remote with in-person attendance as needed.
