Information Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support digital workplace and information governance projects for a range of clients. This full-time role is based in Vancouver and is primarily onsite. The successful candidate will work with organizations that want to improve how they organize, protect, share, and manage information while meeting compliance and records-related requirements. In this position, you will lead client discussions, run discovery sessions and workshops, gather requirements, and turn business needs into practical solution plans. You will help assess current practices, identify gaps, and recommend future-state approaches that support collaboration, governance, and long-term adoption. The work may include planning and delivering collaboration environments, information management frameworks, content migration, training, and post-launch support. You should bring a mix of consulting ability, technical understanding, and strong interpersonal skills. The role involves working closely with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders, presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Experience in information management, records governance, collaboration platforms, or digital workplace consulting would be an asset. The salary for this role is expected to fall within a range of $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
