Industrial Painter

We are seeking an experienced industrial painter to work on-site in a hands-on production environment. The role involves preparing, coating, and finishing parts and materials used in a construction-related setting. Applicants should have several years of relevant experience and a trades certificate or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Key duties include selecting and mixing paints or coatings, preparing surfaces, applying decorative or protective finishes, and using spray or brush application methods as needed. You will also handle small touch-up work, maintain tools and equipment, and keep inventory organized. The position may involve working at heights and in environments that are dusty, noisy, or exposed to odours. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, including repeated movement, bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good teamwork are important. A valid driver's licence, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel are required. A criminal record check will also be part of the hiring process.
