Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an experienced industrial engineer who can also manage projects and support consulting-style client work. This position is focused on improving operational performance, streamlining production activities, and helping organizations work more efficiently across industrial environments. The successful candidate will work on analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading initiatives that increase productivity and reduce waste. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project goals, organize timelines, and ensure implementation stays on track. The role combines technical problem-solving with coordination and client-facing communication. Ideal applicants will have a background in industrial or operational engineering, along with proven experience managing projects from planning through execution. A strong understanding of manufacturing or similar operational settings is important, as is the ability to evaluate workflows and recommend practical improvements.
