IAM Specialist

We are seeking an IAM Specialist to join our Cyber Security team as we enhance our security capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of skilled Cybersecurity professionals to design, implement, and maintain user access and security roles within SAP systems. You will work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure that access controls align with business requirements and comply with internal policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP Security and GRC technologies, including SAP GRC Access Control, Risk Management, and Audit Management. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities for engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. A capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with a commitment to professional integrity when handling sensitive data. Key responsibilities include managing user access and role management, conducting risk analysis, and implementing risk-based security controls across various SAP modules. Familiarity with SAP security concepts, role-based access control, and system configurations is required. This is a full-time position with opportunities for hybrid work.
