HVAC Supervisor

This leadership role oversees day-to-day work for a field team handling commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration projects. The supervisor provides hands-on technical support, organizes jobsite activity, and helps ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with client expectations. The position is well suited to someone with a strong background in commercial HVAC and refrigeration, along with experience guiding technicians in the field. Key duties include assigning work, coordinating labor, tools, equipment, and materials, and helping resolve technical issues as they arise. The supervisor reviews plans and project details to support field execution, visits job sites to check progress, and confirms that installation, repair, and service work meet quality standards. This role also promotes safe practices, supports inspections and hazard awareness, and helps with start-up and commissioning tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with project leads, service staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to keep schedules moving and address job-related needs. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important, as is the ability to coach and support technicians. Candidates should have several years of relevant commercial refrigeration and air conditioning experience, solid blueprint-reading ability, and a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and customer service. Salary: $80,000–$115,000, plus competitive benefits and incentives.
