HVAC Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead a small team of residential technicians and help drive strong customer service, operational performance, and profitable results. This role is hands-on and field-based, with responsibility for coaching technicians, supporting dispatch decisions, and stepping in when jobs need extra attention. You will work closely with a team of service technicians to improve technical skills, sales performance, and day-to-day accountability. Duties include regular field coaching, reviewing open estimates, helping resolve customer concerns, and making sure the right technician is assigned to the right job. You will also support a consultative sales approach by encouraging clear, well-presented options and consistent follow-up. The right candidate will bring several years of experience in residential HVAC service, along with prior leadership or mentoring experience. Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills are important. Experience with service management software is an asset. A valid driver’s licence and reliable commuting ability are required. This position offers a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus potential, and additional commission opportunities.
