Key Responsibilities: - Payroll and Benefits Management: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws. Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, and serve as an internal resource for staff. Regularly review benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction. Streamline payroll and benefits processes for improved efficiency and conduct audits for compliance. - Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Training: Lead recruitment efforts, including crafting job descriptions and managing applicant tracking systems. Conduct resume screenings and preliminary interviews to identify top talent. Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs to enhance employee capabilities and support career development. - Employee Relations and Compliance: Serve as a key contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues fairly and promptly. Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment laws, regularly updating policies and the employee handbook. Manage the annual performance evaluation process, providing guidance to managers on best practices.
