Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to build and lead the HR function for a growing organization. This is a new, hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting employees and managers, and helping shape a positive workplace environment. In this position, you will oversee the full range of HR activities and serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day people matters. You will develop practical policies and procedures, improve processes, and help ensure HR practices are consistent, effective, and aligned with business needs. Key responsibilities include supporting leadership with employee-related decisions, managing recruitment from job posting through onboarding, and helping coordinate interviews, reference checks, and hiring documentation. You will also create and maintain an organized onboarding process, handle employee departures, and ensure records are completed properly. The role includes providing guidance on employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, assisting with performance management, and supporting fair and consistent handling of discipline issues. You will also help build performance review processes, support manager coaching, and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, retention, and communication. A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices is important, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
