Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the full range of HR activities for a small-to-medium organization. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced HR professional who can work independently, build trusted relationships across the business, and support both day-to-day operations and longer-term people initiatives. In this position, you will act as the main HR contact and report to senior leadership. You will handle employee questions, maintain HR records, support policy development, and help ensure compliance with employment laws and internal procedures. The role also includes coordinating payroll-related HR updates, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and return-to-work processes. You will work with hiring managers on recruitment activities such as drafting job descriptions, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers. Additional responsibilities include supporting performance management, employee relations, workplace issues, training, and professional development. You will also help promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture while balancing employee needs with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a broad HR portfolio in a collaborative environment.
