Human Resources Manager

This role oversees key human resources functions for a mission-driven organization that provides services to vulnerable young people. The successful candidate will help shape a supportive workplace, strengthen employee engagement, and lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain staff. Core responsibilities include guiding day-to-day HR operations, supporting labour relations matters, and maintaining effective HR systems and records. The position also plays an important role in building policies and practices that promote a respectful, inclusive, and employee-focused environment. In addition, this person will work closely with leadership to align people strategies with organizational goals and help ensure the team has the support needed to deliver its services effectively. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of relevant experience in human resources, along with a strong background in labour relations and HR information systems. Experience in a people leadership role and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion are important. This is a hybrid position with an annual salary of $85,000 to $95,000 CAD. Immediate availability is preferred.
