Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Generalist needed to support a range of HR functions in an onsite role. This position will be responsible for assisting with payroll, benefits administration, recruitment activities, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in human resources, along with strong communication and conflict resolution skills. This role requires knowledge of HR compliance and familiarity with Ontario employment legislation. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with sensitive information, supporting day-to-day HR processes, and helping maintain positive employee relations across the organization. This is an onsite position offering a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year. Candidates should be organized, professional, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
