We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across multiple locations in a hybrid work arrangement. This role will play a key part in day-to-day people operations, helping ensure smooth HR processes and consistent support for employees and managers.
Responsibilities include coordinating payroll activities, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and handling a range of employee relations matters. You will also help maintain HR records, support policy administration, and contribute to a positive employee experience through timely and professional HR support. The position requires someone who can manage several priorities, work independently, and communicate effectively with different teams.
The ideal candidate has experience in core HR functions, including payroll, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a practical, service-oriented approach are important. Experience supporting more than one site or business unit is an asset, along with the ability to adapt to changing needs and work with modern HR tools and systems.
