Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to provide both strategic and hands-on leadership across a growing organization. In this full-time, in-office role based in London, Ontario, you will guide the people strategy and work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR priorities support broader business goals. This position is a replacement hire and offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000. Reporting to executive leadership, you will oversee a small HR team and support employees across multiple offices. The role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, performance and development programs, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives. You will partner with leaders to shape hiring and retention strategies, improve the candidate experience, and strengthen the organization’s employer brand. A key part of the role is acting as a trusted advisor to managers and staff on people-related matters while helping maintain a positive and high-performing workplace. You will also support learning and development efforts, succession planning, and the design of competitive rewards programs. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, sound judgment, and the ability to balance long-term planning with practical day-to-day HR support.
