This role supports day-to-day people operations and helps create a positive employee experience. You will coordinate a range of HR and culture-related activities, assist with onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle. The position also involves helping with internal communications, organizing engagement initiatives, and supporting recruitment-related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable working with sensitive information. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important. You should be able to work collaboratively with different teams while maintaining a professional and approachable style. Responsibilities may include preparing documents, updating HR systems, coordinating meetings or events, and assisting with policy and process administration. Experience in human resources, office administration, or a similar coordination role is preferred. Familiarity with standard workplace software and a commitment to supporting a respectful, inclusive work environment will be an asset.
