Human Resources Business Partner

This role is a hands-on HR partner supporting managers and employees with a wide range of people-related needs. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR operations, and business leaders to help maintain consistent HR practices and a positive employee experience. The position requires someone who can balance practical day-to-day support with sound judgment, strong organization, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities include advising managers on employee conversations, documentation, performance issues, and policy application; responding to questions about workplace expectations, HR procedures, and general employment matters; and helping resolve issues before they become larger concerns. You will also help identify patterns, risks, and opportunities in people processes, escalating more complex matters when needed. The role involves supporting policy interpretation and implementation across multiple jurisdictions in the United States and Canada, so comfort with employment standards and compliance-aware decision-making is important. You will help ensure HR practices are applied fairly and consistently, while communicating clearly and professionally with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in a generalist or business partner HR role, works well with sensitive information, and is confident managing competing priorities.
