We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees through practical, strategic people guidance. In this role, you will work across the organization to advise managers on a range of workforce matters, help strengthen leadership capability, and support sound decision-making through people data and insights.
This position is well suited to someone with at least five years of relevant experience who is comfortable partnering with stakeholders at different levels. A strong background in coaching, strategic consultation, and interpreting HR metrics will be important. You will also contribute to initiatives that improve employee experience, support organizational effectiveness, and help leaders navigate change with confidence.
The role is offered in a hybrid work environment. Compensation details are not provided. Hiring is underway on a rolling basis, with preference for a start date by early spring 2026. Candidates should bring a collaborative approach, strong judgment, and the ability to translate information into clear recommendations for business leaders.
