Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a diverse workforce in an onsite role. This position focuses on partnering with leaders to strengthen people practices, improve the employee experience, and support hiring efforts across the organization. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and selection, helping drive employee engagement initiatives, and providing guidance on a range of employee relations matters. The successful candidate will also contribute to day-to-day HR operations and help ensure consistent, practical support for managers and staff. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of progressive human resources experience, along with strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Experience working through sensitive or complex workplace issues is important, as is the ability to build trust across different teams.
