Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across a growing industrial organization. In this full-time onsite role, you will help strengthen workplace culture, guide people-related initiatives, and support business goals through practical HR advice and hands-on execution. Key responsibilities include partnering with management on employee relations, performance matters, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR support. You will contribute to recruitment and onboarding, assist with policy implementation, help ensure compliance with employment requirements, and support training and development efforts. This role also involves identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and creating a positive employee experience across the organization. The ideal candidate has several years of progressive HR experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is an asset. A post-secondary background in human resources or a related field is preferred. This position follows a Monday to Friday daytime schedule and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a stable, team-oriented environment.
