Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a full-time onsite operation in Alberta. This role works closely with leaders and employees to strengthen workplace culture, improve people practices, and support business growth. In this position, you will help guide a range of HR activities, including employee relations, performance support, recruitment, onboarding, policy interpretation, and day-to-day people matters. You will partner with management to address workforce needs, promote consistent practices, and contribute to practical HR solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in human resources, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with discretion and professionalism. You should be comfortable balancing employee support with business priorities, handling sensitive information, and advising leaders in a collaborative environment.
