Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a growing industrial organization in a full-time onsite role. This position works closely with leaders and employees to help deliver practical HR support across the business and contribute to a strong workplace culture. In this role, you will advise managers on people-related matters, support employee relations, and help with day-to-day HR operations. You will also assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy interpretation, and other generalist HR activities. A key part of the role is building trusted relationships, responding to employee concerns with professionalism, and helping teams work effectively together. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in human resources, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. Experience supporting supervisors and contributing to organizational development is an asset. You should be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. This is a Monday to Friday position with daytime hours.
