Human Resources Business Partner, Corporate Services & Organizational Development

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support Corporate Services and Organizational Development. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $115,794 - $142,165, based on a 40-hour work week. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational HR consultation to leaders and managers, focusing on employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, performance management, organizational development, policy implementation, and change management. You will collaborate closely with leadership to implement people strategies, enhance workplace culture, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary HR resource for assigned client groups, leading workplace investigations, providing guidance on disciplinary matters, supporting grievance administration, and assisting with collective bargaining preparation. You will also support organizational development initiatives, employee engagement strategies, and leadership development programs.
