As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership teams to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires experience in supporting dynamic organizations and an understanding of the complexities involved in working across various business units. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing a talent strategy in partnership with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
You will provide consulting and coaching to senior leaders, enhancing their management skills, designing organizational structures, implementing succession planning, and driving corporate strategies. Acting as a strategic partner, you will navigate complex people-related challenges and guide decision-making that balances business needs and organizational alignment.
Key responsibilities include enabling business results through effective people solutions, addressing employee relations issues, managing high-risk matters, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent. You will also work with COEs to execute HR processes and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Qualifications include a post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant experience in a similar role. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office per week. Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
