Human Resources Business Partner A growing real estate organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a multi-site property operations team. This role provides strategic people leadership, coaching, and day-to-day HR support, helping leaders build high-performing teams and maintain a strong, values-driven culture. The HRBP will work closely with operational leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, support service quality, and strengthen overall performance. Key responsibilities include partnering with managers to assess staffing needs, support workforce planning, and develop succession and retention approaches. The role also involves coaching leaders, handling employee relations matters, guiding investigations and documentation, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies. Additional duties include supporting onboarding, employment legislation compliance, health and safety requirements, organizational change, and initiatives that improve team engagement and recognition. The ideal candidate has strong HR and business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and build trust quickly. Experience in multi-site operations, property management, or a similar service-focused environment is preferred. A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an asset, and CHRP/CHRL designation is preferred. At least 5 years of HR experience is required. The role requires someone who is proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational setting.
