Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking a people-focused HR professional to provide trusted advice and practical support across a range of employee and labour relations matters. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders in a complex operational environment, with a particular emphasis on labour relations and day-to-day employee issues. You will need to adapt quickly as priorities shift and provide sound, solution-oriented guidance on matters such as employee and union concerns, grievances, attendance and performance issues, workplace investigations, accommodation requests, and the interpretation of collective agreements, policies, and employment legislation. The successful candidate will bring progressive human resources experience, confidence working with leaders, and a track record of handling sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. Experience supporting investigations and labour relations cases is important, and exposure to collective bargaining would be considered an asset. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams are essential.
