We are seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with senior leadership in delivering key employee initiatives and providing hands-on HR support within a unionized manufacturing environment. This role will focus on enhancing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), improving Employee Experience (EX), and driving Employee Engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary HR partner for manufacturing operations, advising management on collective bargaining agreements, HR policies, and labor relations matters. The HR Business Partner will address employee relations issues, support performance management, and promote a positive workplace culture through collaboration with various committees. The role also involves leading employee engagement initiatives, enhancing onboarding processes, and using HR metrics and employee feedback to recommend improvements. Additional duties include supporting recruitment efforts, conducting exit interviews, and managing HR reporting and analytics to provide insights to senior leadership. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations, engagement, and HR program delivery. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment are essential.
