We are seeking an HR Business Partner for a 1-year contract to support human resources functions at the site level. This role includes responsibilities in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and the implementation of HR strategies. The HR Business Partner will work closely with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change and culture initiatives.
Key duties include fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution, managing employee relations issues, leading recruitment processes, and ensuring effective onboarding programs. Additionally, this role will support managers with performance management, promote continuous feedback, and identify training needs to coordinate learning initiatives.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, and HR certification is desirable.
The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year. The role will involve working in both office and plant environments, with a regular presence on the production floor.
