Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead a housekeeping team in a busy hospitality setting. This role is responsible for maintaining excellent cleanliness standards, supporting a positive guest experience, and ensuring the department runs smoothly day to day. In this position, you will coordinate daily operations, assign shifts, and help maintain staffing coverage. You will also oversee inventory levels, place supply orders, and keep costs within budget. A key part of the role is coaching and supporting team members, setting clear expectations, and helping build efficient procedures and work routines. You will perform regular inspections to confirm quality standards are met, complete administrative tasks such as reports and records, and step in with hands-on cleaning duties when needed. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or another fast-paced operational environment. Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, good organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach are important. You should be comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling tools, communicate clearly in English, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
