We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales to join our team in a remote capacity, focusing on a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels across Canada and/or the USA. This role will report to an Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires occasional travel for in-market visits. In this position, you will be responsible for driving strategic, outbound sales efforts while fostering a sales-oriented culture among hotel staff. You will work to achieve revenue milestones within a shortened sales cycle, activate new accounts, and increase market share through targeted prospecting. Regular sales strategy presentations will be delivered to report on progress and develop a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hotel guestroom sales experience, preferably in business transient, crew, and government segments. Experience in a dual or area hotel sales role is advantageous. A strong understanding of hotel operations, sales processes, and the ability to establish relationships with clients is essential. Technical proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
