The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for driving strategic, outbound, and proactive sales efforts for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels located across Canada and/or the USA. This remote position reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires occasional travel for in-market visits. Key responsibilities include fostering a sales-oriented culture among hotel staff, achieving revenue milestones within a six-month sales cycle, and activating new accounts while increasing market share from existing clients through targeted prospecting. The role also involves delivering bi-weekly sales strategy presentations, developing a sales pipeline using CRM tools, and collaborating with a team to drive revenue growth across the hotel portfolio. Maintaining high client satisfaction and managing client expectations is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of consecutive hotel guestroom sales experience, preferably in a dual or area sales role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and sales processes. Proven experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required. Fluency in French is essential for effective communication with clients.
