We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Hotel Maintenance Manager to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for a passionate professional who excels in a dynamic environment and is ready to take charge of the hotel’s maintenance, guestroom quality, and safety systems.
The Hotel Maintenance Manager will lead all aspects of property upkeep, safety, and team management. This position requires strong technical skills and a consistent on-site presence. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, capital projects, team scheduling, guestroom standards, and emergency response, while fostering a culture of service and accountability. The manager will supervise a team of maintenance and security professionals and play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel’s reputation and physical condition.
Key responsibilities include leading maintenance tasks and capital improvement projects, managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues, and serving as a technical expert and liaison with vendors. The manager will also supervise team members, conduct training and performance evaluations, and ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program, overseeing inspections to uphold standards, maintaining guest suite conditions, and ensuring the proper functioning of safety systems.
