Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, capital projects, team scheduling, guestroom standards, and emergency response, while fostering a culture of service and accountability. The manager will supervise a team of maintenance and security professionals and play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel’s reputation and physical condition. Key responsibilities include leading maintenance tasks and capital improvement projects, managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues, and serving as a technical expert and liaison with vendors. The manager will also supervise team members, conduct training and performance evaluations, and ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
