Hotel General Manager

We are seeking an experienced hotel leader to oversee the daily operations of a full-service property and drive strong results across guest experience, revenue, and team performance. This role is responsible for guiding department leaders, supporting operational standards, and ensuring the property operates efficiently, safely, and profitably. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day hotel activity, monitoring financial performance, and using profit and loss information to inform decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to set goals, improve service delivery, and maintain high standards across all areas of the property. Regular guest interaction is expected, along with active follow-up on feedback and service concerns to help improve satisfaction and resolve issues quickly. This position also involves supporting sales and revenue initiatives, reviewing pricing and market positioning, forecasting income and expenses, and contributing to annual budgeting. The General Manager will identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure consistency with company policies and operational procedures. Daily property inspections will be part of the role to help maintain cleanliness, safety, security, and quality. A minimum of three years of leadership experience in hotel operations is preferred, ideally in a branded hospitality environment. Full-time availability, including some weekend work, is required.
