Healthcare Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced operations supervisor to support nursing and rehabilitation services within a healthcare setting. This role is focused on overseeing day-to-day service delivery, coordinating staff, and helping ensure smooth and efficient operations across the team. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of healthcare management experience, with direct supervisory experience in home care considered essential. Strong leadership, organizational ability, and people management skills are important for success in this position. You will be responsible for guiding team members, supporting workflow coordination, and helping maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role based in the Aurora area. The position offers a salary in the range of CA$60,000 to CA$70,000 per year, along with competitive benefits.
