Head of Product

We are seeking a senior product leader to shape and deliver a product roadmap focused on helping educators identify learning gaps, take action in the classroom, and measure student progress. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both setting direction and doing the detailed work needed to ship. You will work closely with design and engineering throughout the full product lifecycle, from defining problems and writing requirements to creating prototypes, refining edge cases, and supporting release. In this role, you will prioritize initiatives based on their expected impact on user adoption and measurable outcomes, while balancing the needs of teachers, school leaders, and technical constraints. A strong understanding of educator workflows is important, along with the ability to synthesize insights from user feedback, product usage data, and internal partners into clear product decisions. You will also help define success metrics for new features, analyze results after launch, and use those learnings to shape future work. Collaboration across customer-facing teams, curriculum or content partners, marketing, and engineering will be part of the job, especially when launching new capabilities and ensuring teams are prepared to support them. Experience building products with privacy and compliance considerations in mind is essential.
