Head of Product

We are seeking a Head of Product to join a dynamic team in the climate technology sector. This role will be pivotal in shaping the product strategy and vision for a platform designed to assist industrial organizations in navigating complex carbon and commodity markets. As the first senior product leader, you will be responsible for developing a differentiated offering that meets the needs of heavy industrial customers. Key responsibilities include owning the product vision and roadmap, translating intricate customer operations and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions, and leading customer discovery initiatives with enterprise clients. You will manage the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery and iteration, collaborating closely with engineering, commercial, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12+ years of product experience, with a strong background in heavy industry sectors such as energy, commodities, or utilities. You should possess a proven ability to build products from the ground up in early-stage environments and demonstrate strong commercial and analytical judgment. A hands-on approach to product management, along with customer-facing credibility, is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in commodity trading, energy markets, procurement, or risk management, as well as a technical or engineering foundation. Experience in consulting or software environments serving industrial clients is also advantageous.
